Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@saltlifemarine.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@saltlifemarine.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be delivered within 10-14 business days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

How much is shipping?

We provide free shipping.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

The Nemo Power tools has a 12 months manufacturer warranty from the date of original purchase. Nemo Power Tools offer a quick claims process for costumers to easily file a claim and get a replacment product. All you need to do is to head over to the Nemo Power Tools website and fill out a warranty claim form

Technical Questions

Are there any special instructions for using the Nemo Tools underwater?

In order to protect your Nemo tools for the long term and increase its lifespan, air pressure should always be added to the drill, via the valve on the back, for all underwater work (as opposed to above-water wet conditions). Specific instructions are provided in the each of the Nemo tools instruction manual.

Are there any special precautions to be taken when working outside/above water?

The Nemo tools can be used on dry land (with the exception of the Nemo reciprocating saw which is not to be used above water for longer than 5 min of continuous use). Like any power tool, you should monitor the tool during use for signs of overload or overheating, and take a short break, in the event of such a situation.

How long does a fully charged battery last?

Our Nemo 18V 3Ah Li-ion Battery lasts between 1-3 hours, depending on the intensity of the work and the type of job being performed with the tool. Our 6Ah Li-ion Battery lasts between 2-6 hours, with the same conditions.

My drill is only rotating one way – what’s the problem?

On Nemo drills, there is an option to place the rotational direction switch in the middle. This neutral position operates only the LED light, without any rotation of the drill. To choose a rotational direction, firmly press the rotational direction switch in the desired direction.
